Error in booting omap3-desktop-nand-image and possible mistake in .bb file?

zoso1234
I am having troubles boot-up the omap3-desktop-nand image. It builds fine and no errors cause it from stopping but when I try to boot it I get this error:

Configuring hicolor-icon-theme.
# GdkPixbuf Image Loader Modules file
# Automatically generated file, do not edit
# Created by gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders from gtk+-2.20.1
#
g_module_open() failed for /--update-cache: /--update-cache.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

(gtk-update-icon-cache:1149): GdkPixbuf-WARNING **: Cannot open pixbuf loader module file '/etc/gtk-2.0/gdk-pixbuf.loaders': No such file or directory

I looked in the rootfs and it is true there is no pixbuf.loaders file but I can't figure out what is causing it. being the Noob that I am I downloaded a pre-built image and took the file out of it and put it in place to see if that would fix anything..I made it past my error spot but did not make it very far..
Configuring librsvg-2-gtk.

(gconftool-2:5607): GConf-WARNING **: None of the resolved addresses are writable; saving configuration settings will not be possible

So I figure the only way to get through this is to find the package that is failing and clean it- and possibly adjust it..but I can't seem to get that going..but I did notice this

In the omap3-desktop-nand-image.bb under  XSERVER_BASE- it calls for gtk-engine-clearlooks..
but when I did the bitbake -s I only see a gtk-clearlooks-engine. I tried googling this and saw others have used engine-clearlooks so I wasn't sure if this is an error or not..

does any one have any ideas of where I should proceed? Any help-tips would be great!

also here is the library's linked with libpixbufloader if this would help you figure out what is causing my issue:

Well changing the gtk-engine-clearlooks to gtk-clearlooks-engine was a bad idea! Now I have data file clashes between the two packages.

 Collected errors:
|  * check_data_file_clashes: Package gtk-clearlooks-engine wants to install file /mnt/extHD/overo-oe/tmp/rootfs/omap3-desktop-nand-image/usr/lib/gtk-2.0/2.10.0/engines/libclearlooks.so
| But that file is already provided by package  * gtk-engine-clearlooks
|  * opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package gtk-clearlooks-engine.
|  * resolve_conffiles: Existing conffile /mnt/extHD/overo-oe/tmp/rootfs/omap3-desktop-nand-image/etc/device_table is different from the conffile in the new package. The new conffile will be placed at /mnt/extHD/overo-oe/tmp/rootfs/omap3-desktop-nand-image/etc/device_table-opkg.
NOTE: package omap3-desktop-nand-image-1.0-r0: task do_rootfs: Failed
ERROR: Function 'do_rootfs' failed (see /mnt/extHD/overo-oe/tmp/work/overo-angstrom-linux-gnueabi/omap3-desktop-nand-image-1.0-r0/temp/log.do_rootfs.16143 for further information)
ERROR: Task 14 (/mnt/extHD/overo-oe/org.openembedded.dev/recipes/images/omap3-desktop-nand-image.bb, do_rootfs) failed with exit code '1'
ERROR: '/mnt/extHD/overo-oe/org.openembedded.dev/recipes/images/omap3-desktop-nand-image.bb' failed

I have done  this before regarding package conflicts..can someone tell me the route to solve these? I have gone through some of the log.do files but have not found solution to getting rid of conflicts. I tried cleaning and rebuilding but that did not get rid of this..I had to delete my entire tmp folder and start anew before because of this..please anybody!

Hello,

Thanks for all of the data, I'm having the same issue with my latest
desktop image but don't have a resolution yet. Will post here if I
turn up anything.
